OvenGem Warming Tray (Basket) is the most rigid black PTFE cook surface in the line for holding and finishing in MerryChef, TurboChef, and Amana high-speed ovens. Heat-and-pressure molded, seamless, stackable, and nonstick. Non-metallic and microwave-transparent; PFOA-free and FDA compliant. Cools quickly after the oven so product does not keep cooking. Patented. Made in the USA by AFC Cooking Solutions. Hand wash recommended.
The OvenGem® coating system provides for fast, even cooking and is non-metallic, microwave transparent, grease-resistant, non-wicking, PFOA-free, and FDA compliant. Upon removal from the oven, OvenGem® cools rapidly thus preventing further cooking of product upon removal from the oven and resulting in the burning of baked goods. Rapid cooling also limits the chance of personal injury from burns.
OvenGem® Baskets (Trays) are excellent for use in rapid cooking (high speed) cooking ovens; accelerated coking ovens; microwave ovens; toaster ovens; home ovens, including convection ovens; steaming ovens; combination ovens (combi); smokers; grills; and dehydrators.
OvenGem® products are excellent for toasting, browning, warming, and baking.

OvenGem® Baskets (Trays) are easily cleaned with a damp cloth containing soapy water and then rinsed. Note: Although dishwasher safe, it is not recommended to wash OvenGem® products in a dishwasher or soak in a sink, as these two operations will shorten the life of OvenGem® products. |
