Oven2Go® is a line of Patented ovenable packaging products for use in high-temperature cooking applications, such as rapid cook ovens, accelerated cook ovens, high-speed ovens, combination (combi) ovens, and microwave.  Oven2Go® containers are functional, customer-ready, highly engineered fiber bowls and trays that are designed to enable food to be prepared; placed in the container; cooked in an oven; and then handed to the customer without repacking or rehandling of the food.  This capability provides significant value in the form of packaging and labor cost savings.

Unlike other fiber-based containers, Oven2Go® containers are engineered to be more rigid and durable than other containers.  When filled with hot liquids, these containers are designed to maintain their rigidity without leaking, which separates them from competitive products.

Winning the QSR-FPI Foodservice Packaging Award for New Menu Launch, the Oven2Go® container system (container + lid) is sealed before cooking thus creating a true "Cook and Protect" option for restaurants, deli's, QSR's, convenience, and "Grab & Go" food service.  In addition to preventing spills and contamination, this Patented Technology creates a convection-effect around foods enabling faster, even cooking; moisture control; and heat retention. Further, due to its sealed lidding and moisture control, the Oven2Go® technology is excellent for hot-hold or delivery applications, as the technology maintains food temperature and quality while limiting moisture retention.  Gone are the days of soggy food from plastic delivery containers.

For certain applications, the “Cook and Protect” offered by the Oven2Go® container system may enable users to provide gluten, Halal, and Kosher foods using the same ovens.
