OvenGem® Baskets (Trays) are the new standard in Rapid Cooking Smallwares. Formed by heat and pressure, these patented trays and baskets are built to last. Their molding process provides a seamless, rigid structure with enhanced structural integrity, stackability, and storage. Furthermore, the molded, smooth interior are easily cleaned and provide exceptional non-stick, high-temperature performance.
The OvenGem® coating system provides for fast, even cooking and is non-metallic, microwave transparent, grease-resistant, non-wicking, PFOA-free, and FDA compliant. Upon removal from the oven, OvenGem® cools rapidly thus preventing further cooking of product upon removal from the oven and resulting in the burning of baked goods. Rapid cooling also limits the chance of personal injury from burns.
OvenGem® Baskets (Trays) are excellent for use in rapid cooking (high speed) cooking ovens; accelerated coking ovens; microwave ovens; toaster ovens; home ovens, including convection ovens; steaming ovens; combination ovens (combi); smokers; grills; and dehydrators.

Note: Although dishwasher safe, it is not recommended to wash OvenGem® products in a dishwasher or soak in a sink, as these two operations will shorten the life of OvenGem® products. |
