OvenGem PTFE Crisping Tray (Basket) is a reusable, molded PTFE cooking tray for rapid-cook (speed) ovens. It is seamless, rigid, stackable and nonstick, non-metallic and microwave transparent, and it cools quickly after leaving the oven. The Crisping version has medium holes so hot air reaches the food; it is best used when airflow-induced toasting or crisping is desired.
